ADMOOS is an AI-powered marketing and advertising platform operated by Belvcom Solutions, a business registered in Nigeria.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Account information
Name, email address, phone number where provided, login/authentication information, account preferences, subscription information and account activity.
1.2 Business information
Business name and description, category, products or services, prices, target audience, business location, marketing objectives, advertising budget, website, social profiles, marketing materials, product images, logos and other information you choose to provide.
1.3 Uploaded content
Images, product information, marketing copy, logos, landing-page content, advertising materials and other business-related content may be processed to provide requested features.
1.4 Advertising platform information
When you connect a supported advertising account, ADMOOS may receive advertising account identifiers, campaign/ad-set information, advertisements, creatives, audience/targeting information, status, budget information, performance metrics, conversion information and other information made available through the authorized API. ADMOOS only requests access necessary for the functionality being provided.
2. Advertising platform integrations
ADMOOS may integrate with supported and approved platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google and SnapChat. You authorize access according to the permissions you approve and the platform's API policies. ADMOOS does not request or require your third-party advertising-platform password.
You remain in control of your advertising accounts and may disconnect a supported account where that functionality is available. Disconnecting stops new access through that authorization but does not automatically delete data held by the third-party platform.
3. How we use information

- Analyze businesses and generate marketing recommendations.
- Generate sales funnels, advertising copy and marketing content.
- Prepare and assist with advertising campaigns.
- Connect supported advertising platforms and display performance information.
- Provide insights, optimization recommendations and customer support.
- Process subscriptions and payments.
- Detect fraud, abuse or unauthorized activity.
- Maintain security, troubleshoot technical problems and comply with legal obligations.
4. Artificial intelligence
ADMOOS uses AI for business analysis, marketing strategy, funnel generation, advertising recommendations, copy/content generation, campaign recommendations and performance analysis. Information submitted may be processed by third-party AI providers where necessary to provide these services.
Do not submit passwords, API secrets, payment-card details or unnecessary confidential credentials into AI prompts or uploads. AI-generated recommendations may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.
5. Payment processing
ADMOOS uses Paystack for subscriptions and other payments. Payment information may be processed directly by Paystack. ADMOOS does not intentionally store complete card numbers or CVV codes on its own servers when Paystack processes that information. ADMOOS may receive limited payment information needed to confirm payments, activate subscriptions, maintain status, process applicable refunds, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud and provide support.
6. Third-party services
ADMOOS may use providers for payment processing, AI, cloud hosting, database infrastructure, email, analytics, security, advertising integrations, error monitoring and other technical services. Providers may process information on our behalf and operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Information we do not sell
ADMOOS does not sell your personal information or advertising-account information to third parties, including advertising-account data obtained through authorized integrations.
8. Advertising platform data
Data obtained from connected platforms is used to provide the functionality for which the connection was authorized, such as reading campaign information and performance, preparing permitted campaign components, managing permitted settings and providing insights. ADMOOS does not use advertising-platform data for purposes unrelated to the connected functionality and will comply with applicable platform restrictions.
9. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, support customers, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud/abuse, comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements. When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it.
10. Account deletion
You may request deletion by contacting privacy@admoos.com with the email address associated with your account. We may reasonably verify account ownership. See the Data Deletion & Account Removal page for detailed instructions.
11. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as access controls, authentication, encryption and secure transmission where appropriate, secure infrastructure, monitoring/logging and restricted access to sensitive information. No internet-based service can be guaranteed completely secure.
12. Authorization credentials
Supported advertising integrations may involve access or refresh tokens. These credentials are used for the authorized integration and are protected using appropriate security measures. Never send advertising-platform tokens, API keys, client secrets or passwords to support through ordinary email or chat.

14. International processing
Some service providers may process information outside Nigeria. We take reasonable steps to ensure information is handled according to applicable contractual, security and privacy requirements.
15. Children's privacy
ADMOOS is intended for businesses and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information where prohibited by applicable law.
16. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, information about processing, disconnection of advertising accounts, withdrawal of certain permissions and the ability to raise concerns about processing. Requests can be sent to privacy@admoos.com.
17. Third-party advertising platforms
Meta, TikTok, Google, SnapChat and other third-party platforms operate independently and maintain their own privacy, security, advertising and account-management policies. Users should review applicable policies when connecting accounts.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top of this page and, where appropriate, additional notice may be provided for significant changes.
