ADMOOS is operated by Belvcom Solutions, a business registered in Nigeria. By creating an account, accessing the platform or using an ADMOOS service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About ADMOOS
ADMOOS is an AI-powered marketing and advertising platform designed to help businesses analyze opportunities, develop strategies, create sales funnels, generate marketing content, prepare advertising campaigns, connect supported advertising accounts, monitor available campaign performance information and improve advertising workflows. ADMOOS provides software and automated assistance and is not an advertising agency unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information and have authority to use the business information and advertising accounts you connect. You must have the legal right to upload submitted content and comply with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for account security and activity. You must not share passwords with unauthorized people, access another user's account, circumvent security, create fraudulent accounts or use another person's identity without authorization.
4. Business information
Information you provide must be accurate, lawful, not misleading, appropriate for its intended use and owned by you or properly licensed. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in inaccurate recommendations.
5. AI-generated content
AI outputs may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing advertisements, launching campaigns, sending marketing communications, publishing websites, making business decisions or spending advertising money. ADMOOS does not guarantee AI output accuracy, effectiveness, compliance or suitability.
6. No guarantee of advertising results
ADMOOS does not guarantee sales, revenue, leads, conversions, return on ad spend, acquisition costs, click-through rates, conversion rates, customer acquisition, advertising/campaign/account approval or specific campaign performance. Forecasts, estimates and benchmarks are informational and not guarantees.
7. Advertising platform integrations
ADMOOS may provide integrations with platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google where supported. Availability depends on technical access, platform policies, API access and approval. When you connect an account, you authorize only the access and actions permitted by your approved permissions. ADMOOS does not request third-party advertising passwords where OAuth or an equivalent authorized connection is available.
8. Authority to connect accounts
You may connect an advertising account only when you have authority to do so. You are responsible for ensuring use complies with the advertising platform's requirements.
9. Advertising platform policies
Using ADMOOS does not exempt you from third-party policies. Provider advertising, business, content, privacy and other policies remain applicable. Provider rejection, restriction, suspension or disabling decisions are controlled by the provider.
10. Campaign creation and management
Where supported, ADMOOS may assist with campaign creation, structure, ad groups/ad sets, advertisements, audience selection, budget recommendations, creative selection, settings and performance monitoring. Exact functionality varies by platform. Review campaign settings before publishing or activating.
11. Advertising budgets
Budget recommendations and estimated scenarios are informational. You decide how much to spend. Third-party advertising charges are separate from ADMOOS subscription fees.
12. Third-party services
ADMOOS may rely on advertising platforms, payment processors, AI providers, hosting, analytics, email, cloud infrastructure and other technology providers. These services operate independently and may have their own terms and policies.
13. Payment and subscriptions
Certain features require paid subscriptions. Prices, billing periods and included features are displayed before purchase. ADMOOS uses Paystack to process payments. Subscription fees are separate from advertising spend paid directly to advertising platforms.
14. Subscription renewal
Where subscriptions renew automatically, renewal terms are displayed during purchase. You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing period if you do not wish to continue.
15. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Advertising money paid directly to third-party platforms is governed by those platforms and cannot be refunded by ADMOOS.
16. Acceptable use
You may not use ADMOOS to break the law, commit fraud, mislead customers, impersonate others, promote prohibited products/services, circumvent provider restrictions, evade enforcement, upload malware, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, abuse APIs, scrape data without authorization, unlawfully reverse engineer, infringe rights, violate privacy or facilitate illegal activity.
17. Advertising content
You are responsible for advertisements and marketing materials you publish. They must be truthful, lawful, non-infringing, compliant with platform policies and appropriately disclosed. AI-generated advertising content should be reviewed before publication.
18. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to the limited rights necessary for ADMOOS to store, process, analyze, generate requested outputs, display content in your account, provide services and maintain security. You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide the content.
19. ADMOOS intellectual property
ADMOOS and its software, technology, design, branding, interfaces, documentation and systems are owned by or licensed to Belvcom Solutions. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer or remove proprietary notices from the service. A subscription grants a right to use the service, not ownership.
20. Service availability
We aim to keep ADMOOS available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, compatibility with every device/platform or indefinite integration availability. Maintenance, technical issues, security incidents and third-party outages may cause temporary unavailability.
21. API access and platform changes
Third-party APIs, permissions, policies and approval requirements can change. Integrations may therefore change, become unavailable, lose capabilities, require reauthorization or additional permissions, or be discontinued. ADMOOS will make reasonable efforts to maintain supported integrations but cannot guarantee permanent availability.
22. Account suspension
We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect ADMOOS or users, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, respond to security concerns, address Terms violations, meet third-party requirements or prevent unauthorized API activity.
23. Account termination
You may stop using ADMOOS at any time. We may terminate an account for material violations or where continued access creates legal, security or operational risks. Termination may result in loss of access to stored information, which will be handled according to applicable privacy and deletion procedures.
24. Data and privacy
Collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. Connected advertising-platform data may be exchanged according to the permissions you authorize.
25. Data deletion
Users may request deletion of their ADMOOS account and applicable personal information through the Data Deletion & Account Removal page or by emailing privacy@admoos.com. Deleting ADMOOS data does not automatically delete information held by third-party platforms.
26. Third-party advertising account actions
Authorized actions through connected advertising accounts may affect those accounts. Review campaign settings, budgets and configurations before activation. ADMOOS is not responsible for decisions made independently by third-party platforms.
27. Confidential information
Do not intentionally provide unnecessary confidential information. Protect passwords, API keys, access tokens and authentication credentials. ADMOOS will not intentionally request third-party advertising passwords through ordinary support channels.
28. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADMOOS is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every requirement, AI outputs will always be accurate, campaigns will be approved, accounts will remain active, integrations will remain available or advertising platforms will deliver campaigns as expected.
29. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belvcom Solutions and ADMOOS are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or similar losses arising from use of ADMOOS, including legally permitted losses relating to revenue, profits, advertising spend, customers, campaign performance, account suspension, third-party outages, provider policy decisions, AI recommendations or data loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
30. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Belvcom Solutions, ADMOOS and their representatives from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use, advertising activities, provider-policy violations, third-party rights infringement or content you upload or publish.
31. Changes to ADMOOS
ADMOOS may add, remove or modify features as the platform develops, including advertising integrations, marketing tools, AI capabilities and subscription plans. Some features may require additional permissions, subscriptions or terms.
32. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published with a revised date. Continued use after material changes become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
33. Governing law
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to mandatory legal rights.
